Common Returns Questions
Falling in love with Curvy Couture’s fit over the Internet can take a couple tries, we get it.
We'll gladly help you find another size, or refund your purchase altogether, as long as your order is eligible for return:
What items are returnable?
- Items delivered in the last 30 days.
- Items that are in their original condition and have not been worn, altered or washed
- Items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items purchased from www.curvycouture.com
What items are non-refundable?
- All items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange
- Sorry, all panties and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange
- Free gifts, giveaways, or promotional items with retail value.
- Curvy Couture items purchased from an authorized reseller are not eligible for a refund or exchange
- Items that have previously been exchanged; we only allow one round of exchanges per eligible item per order
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
International Returns Policy
We accept returns for eligible items delivered in the last 30 days. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. No exchanges. Please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
